This strategy also contemplates environmental sustainability and occupational risk prevention, ensuring customer satisfaction through strict compliance with manufacturing and control guidelines.

OFFICIAL CERTIFICATIONS

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our certifications. We have FSC® certification, which accredits our responsible management of forest resources, as well as ISO 9001-2015 certification and Sanitary Registration since 1999, guaranteeing traceability, safety and quality in all our industrial processes.

Our quality policy is based on continuous improvement, developed under the TQM philosophy. This approach has allowed us to advance in key areas such as leadership, strategy, resource and personnel management, customer and employee satisfaction, social impact and results, thus consolidating a solid and efficient organizational culture.

INDUSTRIAL EFFICIENCY

Since 2008 we have implemented LEAN MANUFACTURING methodologies such as 5S, SMED, SIX SIGMA, KAN BAN and TPM, which have optimized all our industrial processes. Thanks to these tools, we have reduced inventories, improved resource utilization, increased efficiency (OEE) and significantly shortened delivery times.
